Head of Fundstrat Global Advisors predicts bitcoin price hitting $20 000 by June

Thomas Lee, the Managing Partner and the Head of Research at Fundstrat Global Advisors believes that bitcoin price will reach $20 000 once again by June 2018 and rise to $25 000 by the end of the year. He made this prediction today while interviewed by CNBS.

According to his observations, the situation in the cryptocurrency market seems promising, particularly in the light of the yesterday’s news about the acquisition of Pointex Exchange by Circle, the company Goldman Sachs has invested in.

Thomas Lee sticks to the view that having overcome the correction, bitcoin price will return to $20 000 threshold in early summer and show continuous growth throughout the rest of the year, forthcoming corrections taken aside. By the end of the year it will probably surpass the $25 000 mark.
